Neon Studio (Tudor Catargiu PFA) processes your personal data in accordance with the GDPR and the applicable Romanian legislation, including Law 506/2004.

2. Data processed and purpose

Contact form We collect your name, email, phone number, and message details in order to respond to your enquiries. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Technical data We process anonymized IP data, browser type, and the reCAPTCHA risk score to prevent cyberattacks. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interest.

Attribution data We process UTM parameters indicating the source of your visit only on the basis of your analytics consent. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.

3. Recipients and processors

In order to provide this website and process your enquiries, we use the following partners as processors or technical service providers:

Google Ireland Ltd: for GA4, GTM, and reCAPTCHA Enterprise (security and analytics). Google Policy.
Zoho Corporation: for hosting and managing email correspondence (Zoho Mail). Zoho Policy.
Vercel Inc: for web infrastructure hosting and form execution. Vercel Policy.
Supabase: for secure storage of the database containing received enquiries. Supabase Policy.

4. International transfers

We use providers with global infrastructure. Data transfers are protected through Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and, where applicable, the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, ensuring a high level of protection.

5. Retention period

We keep contact form data for a period of 24 months for the purpose of managing the relationship with potential clients, unless the enquiry results in a contract, in which case the applicable fiscal retention periods apply.
reCAPTCHA security logs are retained for a short period in line with Google’s retention policies.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, or objection to processing. For any request, contact us at hello@neonstudio.ro.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, including ANSPDCP.

7. Form security

When you send a message:

reCAPTCHA evaluates whether you are a real user;
the data is stored in encrypted form in Supabase;
we receive a secure notification through Zoho Mail.

These steps help ensure that your data is not intercepted or lost.
